Villa Matarazzo

Villa Matarazzo is located in a large private park that measures over 30,000 square meters. it is nestled on a hilltop overlooking the Adriatic Sea, Just a few kilometers from the romantic Castle of Gradara, where the love story of Paolo and Francesca took place in the year 1275, as told by Dante in his Divine Commedy.

On a clear day you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama that extends all the way to Ravenna. Equally stunning is the view of Mount Caspegna and Mount Titano. Just a short walk from the villa, there is a small church, dating back to 1200, dedicated to Saint Michael the Archangel.

The cloisters, terraces and restaurant (housed in the ancient stables) are the ideal setting for the reception of your dremas. The entire complex is surrounded by beautiful gardens, like the one around a romantic pomegranate tree, a dazzling pool and a patio where you can relax and enjoy the sunset.
